The Hills Restaurant is open 7 days a week year round. (We’re closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.) Why cook and clean up afterwards on Mother’s Day and Easter when we can cook for you? We’ll even do the dishes. The Hills’ Labor Day Extravaganza! – Sunday, September 5, 2010 – 8pm – The Hills is hosting another HUGE Labor Day party this year! If you missed our Memorial Day party you definitely do not want to miss this party. 3 bars, 2 patios, and 2 DJs. DJ Roc is spinning in the Main Room all night long! Doors open at 8pm. Get here early to beat the line and have a bite to eat! There will be a cover charge for this special event.  Remember, The Hills is still open for regular restaurant business until 10pm as usual on Sundays.

Mothers’ Day – Sunday, May 9, 2010 – Treat Mom to wonderful lunch buffet at The Hills Restaurant.  Enjoy a complete buffet for only $26 per person plus beverages, tax and gratuity.  We offer a 12pm and 3pm seating for this special buffet.  Reservations are required so call soon before this popular event sells out.  A credit card is required to hold your reservation.  Also, the dining room and lounge will be open to the public from 12pm on offering a complete restaurant menu.  Reservations are strongly suggested for restaurant dining. Italian Cocktail Dinner – Monday, April 12, 2010 – 6:30pm - This event is the 5th event in The Hills’ seasonal food and beverage pairing dinners. St. Patrick’s Day – March 17, 2010 – St. Patrick’s Day is again upon us and The Hills Restaurant is celebrating with Irish inspired food and festivities all day and night.  We will be serving Corn Beef Sandwiches and Corn Beef and Cabbage dinners all day in our lounge and dining room along with our regular menu.  Our celebration continues into the late hours with live entertainment provided by DJ Roc & DJ Pettit in both the Lounge and Banquet Room, so come early and get a good spot.

Charity-oke! – THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP RAISING $1,500 for ST. JUDE! Tuesday, November 24, 2009 – 8pm - To benefit the Starlight Dinner Dance 2010 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Please come help support the 3rd Annual Starlight Dinner Dance 2010 supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family’s inability to pay. The Starlight Dinner Dance is a semi-formal event which will take place on March 12, 2010 at the Villa Rosa in Waterbury, CT. This event includes an exquisite dinner, plenty of dancing and an exceptional silent auction. We have raised over $35,000 in the past 2 years for St. Jude from the Starlight Dinner Dance events. The Hills Restaurant has been one of this events biggest supporters since our first year. Not only being our Gold Sponsor two years in a row, they also have been kind enough to help us put on this karaoke event for the second year. Charity-oke helps raise money towards our event. The Charity-oke “rules” will be as follows:
